So this is pretty much our house now.

*pinch*

We have signed the papers accepting their counter-offer. The inspection is on Wednesday.

It takes anywhere from a month to six weeks for our loan to go through and for us to be able to move in.

I feel like such a grown up. This is really kind of scary, but also really amazing.
